Delivery
Delivery is included in all subscription rates: 2nd class Royal Mail in the UK, Mercury Airfreight to the USA, and air-speeded mail to the rest of the world.

Payment
US Dollar rates apply worldwide. Subscriptions may be paid in pounds sterling at a conversion rate of 1 US dollar = 0.57 GB pounds or in euros at a conversion rate of 1 US dollar = 0.81 euros. Dollar cheques should be drawn on a US clearing bank. Sterling cheques should be drawn on a UK clearing bank.

Credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) are accepted for personal subscriptions, and non-subscription items, e.g. single issues, back issues

Subscriptions
All subscriptions are payable in advance. Subscriptions are entered for a complete calendar year, ie January – December. Orders and upgrades can be accepted at any time and any back issues already published in the volume will be mailed together.

Electronic journals The full text of all Pion journals is available free of charge to subscribers to the print volume—papers are available online approximately 6 weeks before the print version. There is perpetual access to any paid online volume regardless of current subscription status. Authentication is by IP address (excluding proxy servers). Libraries or individuals should register by completing the online registration form, quoting the Publisher ID which is available from the sales department after receipt of your remittance. Access is usually available within three working days.

Technical difficulties should be reported to online problems, stating IP address used and the date and time that access was attempted.

Cancellations fees
No refunds of subscriptions will be made after the first issue of the volume has been dispatched.

Claims
Claims for missing issues should be received by the publisher within 2 months of publication date in the UK or 6 months rest of the world. Thereafter, replacement copies are available at a pro rata rate per issue.

Sole agency
There is a sole agency agreement for institutional journal subscriptions between Pion and Kinokuniya in Japan. Orders and enquiries from Japan should be sent to Kinokuniya, Journals Dept, Box 55, Chitose, Tokyo 156, Japan.

Changes of address
Changes of address should be notified as quickly as possible, preferably using our mailing label. Claims will be charged at the pro rata rate if change of address is not supplied on time.

Back issues
We currently have most back issues in stock from 1997.

Online archives
Online archives are available with the print volumes from 2001 for Environment and Planning.

VAT
Journals are zero rated for VAT in the UK
